The machine castings are made of HT300. Advanced finite element analysis technology is adopted in the design, with reasonable structure and excellent lay out. The casting is treated by secondary aging to ensure the long-term stability of machining. The machine is equipped with an auxiliary spindle, which can realize the docking of the two spindles, improve the machining accuracy and efficiency, and achieve a higher degree of automation. Roller linear guides are used in X and Z1 and Z2 directions. The two rails have large span, good stability, strong rigidity and good machining accuracy. Both spindles are precision motorized spindles with high precision, high rigidity, high rotation speed and durability. The machine is equipped with a 12-station power tool turret with Y axis. Bidirectional positioning, short tool change time and high positioning accuracy. The power tool turret moves up and down on the vertical column carriage at 90°. Different power tool holders can be selected to drill, mill and tap workpieces, and complex parts can be machined by turning and milling. 3-axis screw is precision imported ball screw, with pre-stretching process, small deformation and high transmission accuracy. The screw support adopts SKF bearing, with high-precision lock nut, to further improve the machining accuracy of the machine. The machine is designed in two ways: side chip removal and back chip removal, which can be selected by users.
